Hello,
To apply for any graduation course, you need to have passed Class 12th.
In case there is a long gap between your Class 12th and Graduation, then you need to submit an affidavit to the University alongwith an application. Usually, they do consider it. But for sure, you need to have cleared Class 12th for it.
