Hi brother
There is a little bit chance of get admission in Government Engineering college through Decentralized Counselling or Spot admission if there are vacant seats. In these cases Category rank doesn't matter.
But in WBJEE COUNSELLING  Category rank matters and you can get chance in private Engineering college like Supreme Engineering College, Abacus Engineering College etc.

Hello Aspirant,

With 14 marks in WBJEE your rank will be very bad and there is almost nil changes for you to get admission in any colleges.
Atleast 36,000 seats are offered through WBJEE in various college and for SC candidate the closing rank for the least preferred branch is at least 15,00 so you will have to get under 15,000 and you s ire should be at least above 40 to get admission in any college.

I hope this helps.
