Among 90 questions how many come from zoology and botany in neet ?

Out of 90 questions in biology, there is no fixed number of question from Zoology and botany in neet but yes more or less it is around 45 and 45 from each. There's hardly a difference of 2-5 questions.

For example,

In neet 2020, 43 questions were asked from botany while 47 questions were asked from Zoology. While in neet 2019 , 45 questions were from botany and 45 from Zoology.

* Neet examination is conducted for a total of 720 marks

*there are  a total of 180 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) from Physics, Chemistry and Biology .

-)45 questions from Physics,

-)45 questions from Chemistry,

-) 90 questions  from your biology.

††† please note that the number of questions for NEET 2021 might be increased to provide internal choices in order to give some relaxation as the number of questions  has been increased in case of JEE main 2021 to give relaxation due to covid.

* Duration of examination is 3 hours.

Marking scheme:-

* 4 marks will be awarded to you for every correct answer

* there is negative marking of one mark for every wrong answer

*No mark is deducted for unanswered questions

Now that,

limited time is left for neet 2021 , so you should be focusing on your preparation,

• practising chapterwise questions

• then revising the chapters,

• solve at least previous 10 year neet question papers as concept behind the question often gets repeated in the examination so it will be of great help in your preparation  ,
