According to me autonomous colleges will be a best decision to take for persuing further education. Both the college are affiliated to so and so university but autonomous colleges are well developed, has more knowledgeable faculty, has more good facilities, are good in every way you see.
.
You cannot find all the facilities in non autonomous colleges unless the college is private where fee will be higher. So, including all the things and finding the results, autonomous college is best and will be best

Both autonomous and non-autonomous colleges are good. We cannot differentiate them based on this only . We have take other factors into consideration as well. Let me clarify the difference between them.

Autonomous colleges are affiliated to/recognized by any Government body or university but follow their own regulations, curriculum ,syllabus , examination pattern, grade system for their academic courses instead of following the university's syllabus. On the other hand, Non-autonomous colleges have to follow the syllabus prescribed by the uni and also the all the norms & regulations etc. But the quality of teaching, facilities, flexibility of curriculum etc is better in autonomous colleges.
