Both have their own pros and cons. M-Tech in a particular field also matters. If you are excellent at a particular course, you are surely gonna get decent jobs and amazing salary (placements). Also, the university you pick matters.. because each university have their own placement value. The companies come there accordingly. Its your choice that matters the most, that which course is going to keep you more entertained and involved into it. The first difference comes in the discipline of the degrees, i.e. a Master of Science ( M.Sc ) degree is a degree under the discipline of Science . Meanwhile, a Master of Technology (M. Tech ) degree is a degree under the discipline of Engineering/technology. The job opportunities are almost the same.
