See it all depends upon your interest because both the courses have a good future - M.Sc. Biotechnology helps basic research in medical and agricultural sciences. Biotechnology has applications in the field of medical & veterinary sciences, chemical engineering, food and agriculture Science, pollution and environment protection, waste management whereas If you want to pursue your career in teaching and in research then go for botany, so choose wisely.
