Each state has its own entrance examinations and each one of it is good in its own terms.Like each state has its best enginnering college and you can easily take part in that states entrance examination to opt for the best college.For example in West Bengal you give WBJEE and opt for Jadavpur University which is better than even some of the NITs.Through MHT CET you can opt for government colleges in Mumbai which are also better.You can get colleges through state counselling except IIT for which you need to give JEE MAIN.
