Well, Undoubtely Amrita is better than Manipal in many ways .

But i am telling you the pros and cons of Amrita :

PROS :

1. Has a good ranking compared to Manipal.
2. Faculties and lab facilities are very good in Amrita.
3. Placement record in Amrita is really good compared to Manipal.
4. You will get a lot of opportunity both curriculum vise and extra-curriculum vise.
5. You get a lot of holidays in a academic semester, I mean you get holidays for every festival celebrated in India say diwali, pongal, holi

CONS :

1. We have to wear uniform to college.
2. We are not supposed to go out of college on week days.
3. we are not supposed to bring outside food into college.
4. We have time restriction before which all students are expected to return to hostel.
5. On weekends if you are planning to go outside, you have to apply pass 24 hours before the time you want to go out.

Well in a way CONS are not even cons because they are just providing you a disciplined and well organised culture.

Well i think you should visit these colleges by yourself and see to it which kind of culture suits you better. Otherwise academically and exposure they both are same.

AT the end the decision is all yours.

Hey. In my exoexperie I think you should join manipal Jaipur cse. Though it's a new college but the cse department is doing great. It has good faculty and exposure too. It's doing great and the crowd is good too. All the best.
