AMU offers MSc Analytical Chemistry and MSc Organic Chemistry.

Eligibility in both the cases is Candidate must have passed B.Sc. (Hons.) Chemistry / B.Sc. with Chemistry as one of the subjects studied in all three years with 55% marks in aggregate and not less than 55% marks in Chemistry.

Aligarh Muslim University will start its admission process with the release of application from the first week of February 2020 , last date for application will be last week of February 2020 and last date for fee will be first week of March 2020.

Admit card will be issued in the last week of March 2020. Entrance Exam will be conducted in the first week of April 2020.Results will be declared on fourth week of June 2020, cut-off will be announced on first week of July 2020 and by second week of July 2020, counselling shall begin.

Since AMU is a central university, hostel fee structure is affordable, and comparatively nominal.
