Like any other university, the basic eligibility criteria is the same for Chandigarh University i.e. A minimum score of 60% as aggregate at your (10+2) level, with atleast passing marks individually in all the 5 core subjects (compulsorily including Physics and Mathematics).
For admission purpose, you need to appear for CUCET, conducted by the university itself. You can also get direct admission in this university. But having a good CUCET score will give you some relaxation while paying your Tution fees and securing good marks JEE may even fetch you good scholarships.
Chandigarh University is particularly known for its placement opportunities in B.Tech (CSE) under IT giants such as- Microsoft, IBM, Wipro, SAP Labs, Hewlett Packard etc. with INR 31.77 LPA being the highest package offered in 2018-19.
