Yes. There are reserved seats for blood relatives of freedom fighters (son, daughter, grandchildren etc).
But not all states have this quota, and this quota is not applicable on ALL INDIA LEVEL.
Dear Sir/ma'm, there is no such category in the National Eligibility as you have mentioned above. For general category, the cutoff is 119-691 which is 50th percentile, for Scheduled Caste it is 118-96, for Scheduled Tribe it is 118-96 and for Other Backward Castes it is also 118-96.
