Anna universities located at Tamilnadu with its main campus in Chennai. It offers higher education in engineering, technology and allied sciences. It is ranked 1101 in the best global University. Main campus of Anna university is better. Otherwise ktu is good. KTU is AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) and UGC (University Grants Commission) approved university. Which university is better will be depend upon student preferences. Based on the course you wanted to take or the place you live or your comfortability. Comparatively Anna university is better than KTU. But kachu also have the best courses and best academics.

And, according to me Anna university is best in comparison of Kerala Technological University because of some factors Anna University has internationally good rankings and this institute has established in 1978, It is a Government/state university and UGC Approved

Kerala Technical University is also one of the best University in Kerala for Engineering, it was established in 2014 by Kerala Government

In term of Package Anna University has median package of 1.80 Lakhs for B.Arch, 5.50 Lakhs for B.E./B.Tech and 2.40 Lakhs for M.Arch Student which is quite good on the other hand KTU has an average package of 2.4 to 4.5 LPA.
