But ncert is best for physics.

Chemistry:-MODERN ABC of chemistry

Op tandon -physical chemistry

Dinesh chemistry.

Bt despite of all dese stick to one book..dis is d better option bcuz starting a new book at dis moment is nt suggestive. Try reading ur notes if u have made ny.

Keep Revising and utmost important thing is try giving as many mock tests as u can.

There is no well defined syllabus for aiims. Its same as of neet ug.  Just pay your entire attention towards  chapters of NCERT of each subject.. maximum questions of aiims are from NCERT text books.prepare well.. you will crack your exam..
