There is no government payment seat system as it is already abolished after NEET. Also, government medical seat is not possible at this score if you belong to general category. However, since you are interested in payment seats, you can think about private colleges. You can get a seat in private colleges, most likely.

If you belong to a general category then your chances of getting a seat in government medical college is very difficult as your marks are low but you might get a private college.i hope this information helps you.
