Dear Riya, in 2018, under State Quota, under 70% Regional which includes Vidarbha, Marathwada amd rest of Maharashtra, 475 marks secured a seat in Gondia Medical College under General Category. Under 30% State, 488 marks secured a seat in Shri Vasant Rao Naik Medical College under General Category. With 532 marks you have a fair chance at a seat in Government Medical College irrespective of the fact whether you belong to Regional or State. . Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. You can check the cut offs of various colleges in Maharashtra at:

Hello Aspirant!

In 2018, the cut-offs for government medical colleges in Maharashtra were between 400 and 602 for UR candidates under the 85 percent state quota. If the same trend continues, then you might get a chance to secure a seat in a governmnent medical college.
