Yes, fees reimbursement is provided for MBA in Uttar pradesh. But your parents income should  be below 5LPA, provided with various documents as a proof such as ration card, income certificate, etc for fee reimbursements. The state government on Tuesday issued orders for reimbursement of tuition fee for the eligible engineering, MBA, MCA, D Pharm students belonging to underprivileged sections.
