With your score and rank it seems hard for you to get into government mbbs colleges through all India but what you can do is you can try for state level seats through state level counselling 85% . In order to be eligible for state quota you should have domicile  and other eligibility criteria.

Other than that you can also try for private and deemed universities for which you will have to register at MCC website.
