Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, Srinagar ug/pg/b.ed entrance forms generally out in the month of april, however due to covid 19 pandemic no information is available for 2020-2021 sessions in official website, I suggest you to check the official website from time to time to get latest updates,
