There is no specific college that offer preparation of civil services separately.There are certain groups of students who get together and arrange guest faculties to take some occasional classes and group studies are also there which will help you in preparation.However if you think that you will get regular classes then its not possible.But you don't necessarily need any coaching for civils preparation.Just simply download the syllabus and get the books suggested by the toppers and start the preparation.There are many online websites like Insights on India, IASBABA, Vision ias etc. that can help you in preparation.
