It is quite difficult to predict any cutoffs as it depends on various factors such as the number of candidates appeared for the examination, highest score obtained, number of seats available etc. As these quantities change every year so it is difficult to predict. But you can get an overview of the cutoffs if you go through the last year's data. For example, SCB Medical College usually has the highest cutoffs among all the government colleges. Last year the cutoff score for general category candidate under state quota was around 535 marks while SLN Medical College and Hospital, government medical college and Hospital Balasore, Govt medical college Balangir etc had the almost same cutoffs.
