Yes , anyone can be selected in NEET if he/she has scored a required score according to cutoff. It does not matter that what are doing while giving the exam , you must have scored 50% in your class 12 boards from any recognised school with physics , chemistry and biology as the compulsory subjects.
It depends on your focus and determination during your graduation , anyone can study for NEET while doing anything , you just need to prepare continously and be focussed towards your goal.
