Meo Class 4 is a first competency exam for assistant marine engineer officer/TME/Engine cadet.
Meo conducted by DG Shipping through MMD
It's Class 4 Exam is carried out by the government authorities , candidate who are above 18 can apply for test .
For exam basic engineering knowledge, maintenance approach and analytical skills will be tested.
Courses are required
MFA (medical first aid )
AFF (Advanced Fire Fighting)
PSCRB (Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats)
ERS (Engine Room Simulator)
MEO Class 4 examination consists of 2 parts (Part A + Part B)

Part A Exemption : Rs. 3050/- (Exemption Rs. 3000/- + Bank Charges if any)
