any one studying in andhra university civil engineering branch please share your experience

Andhra University is one of the oldest universities for civil engineering in India and is one of the best. They have a well quipped lab, libraries and modern amenities, a well thought out course curriculum, a good and helpful faculty and you will get the industry exposure which is required.
Infrastructure is good and well maintained, mess food is average and hostels can be improved but these things are the same almost everywhere in India.
Almost 60% of the students were placed from civil engineering with top recruiting companies like Wipro, L&T, TCS, R Projects etc. with the highest starting package of about 6-7L per annum. Students also manage to score internships from Vishakhapatnam steel plant, L&T Constructions etc.
Overall this is a good college which will ensure a bright future provided you put in the required efforts and hard work.
