Jadavpur University being the top government college of West Bengal and one of the top colleges in India there is no chance of getting there by management quota the only option is appearing WBJEE and getting a rank in 500 range for admission

JU is the top university in west bengal. You can't get admission direct here. So if you want to study here you have to qualify entrance exams like WB JEE.
