2. National Fellowship and Scholarship of Higher Education of ST students (CSSS Top Class ST students)
3. Scheme for award of Engineers India Limited (EIL) Scholarship of SC and ST undergraduate Engineering students.

As there are some of the Scholarships for SCST students and here is the list

1. Central Sector Scholarship of Top Class Education for SC students (Ministory of Social Justice and Empowerment, New Delhi)
2. National Fellowship and Scholarship for Higher Education of ST students (CSSS Top Class ST students )
3. National Scholarship for Persons with Disabilities (Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment GOI) Trust fund
4. Central Sector scholarship for College and University Students (MHRD, Govt. of India)

The scholarships are only for students in under graduation category and not for post graduating students.
