Yes, they do provide scholarships for B.Tech Students. The scholarship is for toppers of each state board and central board.
The criteria is as follows:

• If you get a rank between 1-50, you will get 75% scholarship ( tution fee waiver) for all the 4 years.
• If you get a rank between 51-100, you get a scholarship of 50% for all the 4 years.
• If you score between 101-1000, you get a 25% scholarship for 4 years.

The ranks mentioned here are of VITEE. Also, the scholarship will continue to the 2nd year only if you secure a CGPA of 8.0 in the 1st year and maintain the attendance properly.
