Hi Sourabh,
First of all congratulations on the amazing result in one of the toughest exams for MBBS all over the country.
So coming back to your question, in 2018 MBBS counselling, the cut off rank for SC category was 16 and All India Rank corresponding to that rank was 679.
In 2017, the cut off rank for SC category was 16 and All India rank was 1143.
As you can see, AIIMS Delhi takes in about 16 students from the SC category. And the ranks vary each year depending on the cutoff percentile and the difficulty of the paper. I feel it comes down to your category rank for which if you are in the top 16 in the country, you have a good chance of getting into AIIMS Delhi.
Best of luck for the counselling season ahead. Please feel free to ask further questions.
