AME CET (Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Common Entrance Test) is an entrance for the AME Institute.In the beginning first of all you should take a mock test or solve some previous years question papers to get an idea of the exam and the question that come in the exam.
There are 15 questions in the section of General Knowledge and of 60 marks.
The syllabus of general knowledge includes questions from business, economy, commerce, geography, history, and current events and news too. Follow newspapers and monthly magazines for preparation.
There will be 15 questions of 60 marks in English too.If you have a English medium background then its not that difficult.
Questions based of Grammar and syntax, questions in comprehension ,Synonyms and Antonyms, Phrases and Idioms, and one-word substitution will be asked.
In Mathematics, there will be 20 questions in this section compiling of 80 marks.
Mathematics is all about regular and rigorous practice,so you will have to work a lot in that area..
You need to cover chapters like Relations, Sets, Quadratic Equations, Permutations and Combinations, Geometry, Vector Algebra, Probability, Mensuration, Trigonometry, Mathematical reasoning, Calculus, Integrity.
Physics also has 20 that covers 80 marks.
You must have a clear concept about everything in physics to attain good marks.
Just cover chapters like Laws of motion, Work, Kinematics, Energy and Power, Gravitation, Rotational Motion, Properties of solids and liquids, Kinetic theory of gases, Thermodynamics topics.
In Chemistry , 20 question of 80 marks will be asked.
Cover the syllabus with NCERTs.Learn periodical table, and the elements of the chemical reaction.This is not that hard paper so you don't need to do anything extra.
