thecprograms.com (//thecprograms.com) is a good website for getting most questions and problems related to the C language. It has got a good number of application based code and various patterns of different level. It is a good source for School and Undergraduate students who are studying C in their curriculum, but it won't help much if you want to apply for Placements/Internships or you want to work on Product based services being dependent on the website.

If you are targeting the Beginners only then the content in the website is enough but if you want to target a wide audience then adding some advanced topics and problems would increase its reach.
