You can prepare for NTSE 2019 by making a time table and allocating time to all the subjects. Start solving sample papers and previous years' question papers. These will familiarise you with the exam pattern and marking scheme followed in the exam. You would also get to know the questions that do rounds in NTS exam every year. After solving sample papers, analyse your performance and work on your weak areas. This way you'd be able to cover all sections. Take short breaks between study time. Keep aside 8 hours of sleep and some time for exercise and having meals. Stay calm and you'll excel in the NTSE 2019.

I would suggest you to prepare the time table as per your convenience. You can start your NTSE preparation with NCERT books of classes IX and X. NCERT books contain all the concept and syllabus of NTSE exam. So, start with the basic material.

Start your preperation with last year’s NTSE papers
Prepare for MAT Section– Student’s mental ability will be tested through the MAT section. So, it is a must to give ample time to prepare for the exam.
Strengthen Your SAT Section – Another section of the examination is SAT, to prepare for the same follow NCERT Books. Alongside, do read general knowledge books.
Solve Sample Papers– The only method to track your performance is to attempt sample papers or mock tests. Solve as many sample papers or mock tests to keep checking your progress. It also helps you in speeding up the calculations. Solve online as well as offline sample papers.
Know your Strengths & Weaknesses– It is a must for all the aspirants to know what are their strong and weak aspects. A proper and accurate preparation strategy can be formed only after that. So, know which areas are the weakest section and provide concentrate more on them while preparing for the exam.

No fixed time table is required, just devote daily 4hours minimum. Study as per weightage and syllabus fron right set ofbooks.
Clear all doubts and fundamental before appearing for mock exams and check all repetitive committed mistakes in mocks and work on them mpre and keep revision daily.
