Anyone explain me difference between round 2 and round 1 related to COMEDK counseling

The round is open for all and all students can participate in it for same and in second round of counselling the seats which are unoccupied in first round of counselling are available for the candidates who didn't get any seat or did not get the preferred branch in the first round of counselling ...
