anyone knows about cps course after mbbs...is there any gov. collage for this for cps in obgy?

CPS stands for "College of Physicians and Surgeons". It is a 1913 established medical institution that offers PG specialized training for MBBS graduates. It is recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI). It offers 3 kinds of courses:
- Diploma course - 2 years
- Fellowship programmes - 3 years
- certificate course - 1 year
Earlier many courses offeed by CPS were MCI recongized. However, in 2018, many courses got withdrawn from MCI courses. Below I have listed a few MCI recognized CPS courses:
- Diploma in Child Health
- Diploma in Gynecology and Obstrectics
- Diploma in Dermatology and Venereology
- FCPS in Medicine
- FCPS in pathology
- FCPS in Surgery
- FCPS in Dematology
- FCPS in Opthamology
- FCPS in Midwifery and Gynecology
CPS courses are offered in government colleges of Maharastra, Rajasthan. Some of the colleges are Nanavati Hospital, Mumbai Port Trust Hospital, Bhatia General Hospital, KB Bhabha Hospital, Terna Medical College, Lifeline Hospital, PH Medical Centre, Ashwini Rural medical College and Research, Ajmer District Hospital, Barmar District Hospital, Churu District Hospital, Baran District Hospital etc.
