Bachelors of ayurveda medicine and surgery is an alternative medical health professional degree.
The duration of the course is 5.5 years including one year of internship.
The admission is through NEET
Below are some colleges which award BAMS degree
Institute of Medical Sciences Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi
Shivaji University, Kolhapur
Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam
Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore
Fees on an average is 1-2 lakh per annum.
