Netaji Subhash Open University is a recognized university, and master degree pursued from here is definitely recognized, there are basically CSIR NET which is mostly conducted to determine eligibility for JRF and Lecturership in the domain of mathematical science, chemical science, physical science, earth science, biological science. The eligibility criteria for CSIR NET is as follows-
Candidate need to pass MSc or equivalent degree/ Integrated BS-MS/BS-4 years/BE/B. Tech//B.Pharma/MBBS securing 55% marks for UR/EWS, there is relaxation of 5% for reserved candidates
BSc Graduate or candidates enrolled for M.Sc can apply for Results Awaited Category provided they complete the course with required aggregate within two years to avail the fellowship however they won't be eligible for lectureship,
Candidate enrolled in Integrated MS-PhD program securing 55% aggregate for UR/EWS/OBC, and 50% aggregate for SC/ST/(PwD)also eligible to apply, however fellowship will only be applicable after getting registered/enrolled for Ph.D/Integrated Ph.D program within the validity period of two years
The upper age limit for JRF here is 28 years for general category, for lecturership there is no upper age limit.
In case of UGC NET which is conducted for a total of 81 subjects to determine the eligibility criteria for JRF and lecturership, the eligibility criteria is passed master's degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized University securing 55% aggregate, there is relaxation of 5% for reserved categories, the uppwr age limit is 30 years for JRF(however due to covid only it was raised to 31 years).
Now, coming to your question, if you fulfill the eligibility criteria along with age and attain the required score to qualify JRF then definitely you will be eligible for it after having pursued post graduation from NSOU.
