Appeared in jee mains as general candidate, can I change to OBC in jac delhi counselling

I will not say that it is not possible . It is possible but it taks much time and verifications . If you have once appeared in the exam as a general candidate then it is very difficult to change it to OBC in jac delhi . I think you will not be able to change to OBC so easily . But still you can give a try.
