APPGECET Counselling : The website released a notification with 17th nov as start date .Now the website is not functioning can anyone say whats the status of counselling procedure?

hello,
the website has been blocked due to some security reasons. Till now no new notice has been issued by the APPGECET authorities so please wait for some time. Also you will have to contact with the authorities or you can check the website on a daily basis. But it is better to contact to the concern authorities because no one knows for how much time the website will not work.
