Appgecet regestraion fee started from today,but website doesn't showing processing payment link,please provide the link.

Just wait for a while or a day as there maybe some technical issue and today as per the announced date the registration fee should have been started to be get filled and thus just wait till the evening as maybe after 12:00 noon or more the payment link shall be activated.
