Application form given in CMC, had a OMR sheet with some details to fill whereas the online version does not have one! Where to download it?

Log in to NEET website there you will see OMR option, you can download it from there. Only application form is required for the admission process. You can also contact on the admission helpline number available on the official website and inform them your query they will guide you through.
