No the application for JEE advance has not yet released as of now, and the same exam will be held in the month of august 2020 after they conduct the second phase of JEE mains, they will release the application for advance and you will be able to fill it in.

IIT Delhi has not yet announced the date for starting registration for Jew Advanced 2020. The application will be released by the authority on the official website i.e. jeeadv.ac.in.
