applied for goaps 2019money got deducted but transaction is denied i paid again that i will get refund later but till now it hasnt refunded

Hello Avinash,
I would recommend you to contact to GATE 2019 authorities in writing through email. Include the transaction ID for the deducted amount which will help them refund money at an earliest.
