Hello Shifan, Still cut offs for this year has not released yet so you can make prediction based on last year cut off. As per the last year cut off,  Students with 450 + marks got seat in the college you mentioned in your question.  As you said you will get 400 marks,  then it is quite difficult to get admission in this college. But remember cutoff changes every year depending on various factors. So you may got chance because your marks are in the same range

So tryout do not loos hopes.
