In 2019 the cut off for MME in NIT, Jamshedpur was 11811 for OBC-NCL and for general candidate it is 37242. You need to score 95-98 percentile or 200 or above marks to have decent chances of getting a seat.

Dear Aspirant,
The cut off can change every year depending on factors like total number of Seats available, difficulty of exam, total number of candidates applied
So for NIT Jamshedpur you have to apply for All India seat as you belong to other state than Jharkhand.
So the cut off of metallurgy branch for OBC candidate for All India Quota for the year 2019 was
Male - 11811 rank
Female - 16769 rank
