Hello, usually most of the companies recruitment process do not pose your school marks as a eligibility criteria but your academic profile can come in play in giving off a good impression to the selection board. The companies do not usually entertain students with backlogs but there can be exception in some companies. Candidates with more practical experience will be given preference.
