Percentage obtained in 12th Grade is only taken into account for checking the eligibility criteria in NEET UG, which states that the student must score a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in class 12th and must individually pass in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. Hence, to answer your question, No, 12th grade.is not taken into consideration for NEET UG rankings. Only your marks, category and cutoff would decide the same.
