Yes 4;30 mins is enough for self study unless you get distracted in your phone or any other things.

i will recommend not to study  for a specific time limit, study for as much possible as you can and always make sure you study more than 3-4hrs that will help you to get adjust and once you catch a flow in self-studying, time won't be a factor.

overall 4;30mins is absolutely sufficient for self-study a day

Hello !
Its not about the time. With respect to the preparation, it will always be quality over quantity.
For some even 8 hours aren't enough and for some 4 hours are more than enough.
Get a small routine of 4 to 5 days and at the end this trail period, you will get your answer as what duration is good for you.
But from a common point of view, 6 hours is enough for a good and brief study.
