For UG and PG Admissions, you have to apply for entrance examination the deadline for which ended on April itself. Now the exams are to be conducted from 27th May till 30th May. You can check for more details at:

The application forms were out from 15th march and the last date to fill the application form was 18th April 2019. You're late to apply for the college the application forms are no more available now. I would suggest you to go for any other college or  try again next year.
