No , BBA and BMS are not the same course,but quite similar course.  BBA stands for Bachelor's in business administration and  it deals with Administrative studies and it is basically designed  a basic knowledge of all the functions involved in a company for example marketing, finance, human resource management, etc.  When it comes to BMS , then it stands for Bachelor's in management studies and focuses mainly on analytical and logical oriented studies and to help students develop their analytical and logical skills that are required. The core concepts that are taught are similar in the two courses. It's just the naming convention that differs from university to university, college to college.
