for JKCET you need fulfill the eligibility criteria as prescribed by the BOPEE , eligibility criteria says aspirant should be indian citizen and aspiramt should be a permanent residence of jammu and kashmir, the minimum age limit is of 17 years as on 31st december 2019 for maximum there is no age bar limit. aspirant must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from recognized board with a minimum of 50 percent marks in qualifying exam (there is a relaxation of 10 percent for SC/ST) with the subjects having physics,chemistry, mathematics and english as their core subjects, also 12th class appearing can students can apply too

Here's eligibility criteria for JKCET :
Candidates must be permanent residents of Jammu & Kashmir.
Candidates must have passed class 12 or any other equivalent exam from a recognized statutory Board/ University with English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as their subjects.
Qualifying Marks- Candidates must have secured an aggregate of 50% marks in class 12 (40% for candidates of reserved category)
Candidates appearing for class 12 or any other equivalent exam in 2020 can also apply for JKCET 2020.
Candidates applying under TFW category will be considered as open merit candidates.
Age Criteria- Candidates must be at least 17 years old on December 31, 2020
