Hello dear student,
I am really sorry to tell you that students with compartments are not eligible. If you are appearing in the exam and you will clear it when the results of boards will come then you can apply for the exam . As dear student the eligibility criteria of the exam says
- Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board. Candidates who are appearing for the class 12 or equivalent exam are also eligible to apply for NEET 2020.

The marks are separate for each category and can be listed as under. The marks to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects
UR - 50%, ST/SC/OBC - 40%

You are not considered eligible for NEET MBBS Admission until and unless you clear your compartment exam. Once you have passed or cleared your compartment examination then only you will be considered as an eligible candidate for the NEET examination.
