Hello Aspirant,
No, conversion of diploma courses to md/ms seat is not allowed.The Medical Council of India (MCI) decided to stop all MCI recognised Post Graduate Diploma Courses in Medical colleges and instead give equal no. of MD/MS seats in return. Conversion of diploma courses is not allowed to many colleges yet.There are variety of reasons due to which the diploma course that were de-notified earlier could not get converted into degree seats.
